  1.  SCBATRAK INSTALLATION NOTES
  2.  ---------------------------
  3.  If you received SCBATRAK from a computer bulletin board system, the
  4.  automatic installation program has not been included in order to reduce
  5.  the file size. To use the program, follow these instructions:
  6.  
  7.  1. Make a new directory on your hard drive named SCBATRAK using
  8.     the DOS command:     md \scbatrak       and then press Enter
  9.  
  10.  2. Change to the new directory using the DOS command:
  11.     cd\scbatrak         and then press Enter
  12.  
  13.  3. Extract all of the files from the archive into the new directory.
  14.  
  15.  4. To run the program, use the command:
  16.     scbatrak       and then press Enter
  17.

  20.  If you received the program on a 360K or 720K diskette, an automatic
  21.  installation program is provided. Switch to the floppy drive where the
  22.  SCBATRAK disk is inserted, type  INSTALL  and press Enter (INSTALL /M if
  23.  you do not have a color monitor). If you have absolutely no idea what the
  24.  instructions on the screen are telling you, just keep pressing the Enter
  25.  key or answering  Y  to the questions and the program will be installed.
  26.  To use the program, change to the directory where SCBATRAK is installed,
  27.  type  SCBATRAK  at the DOS prompt and press Enter. If you decide to print
  28.  the documentation (a.k.a. the file MANUAL.DOC), be advised that it's about
  29.  forty pages long.

  33.  IMPORTANT NOTE FOR USERS OF SCBABOTL:
  34.  -------------------------------------
  35.  If you are replacing an SCBABOTL installation with SCBATRAK, and you are
  36.  limited on how much free disk space you have available, the install
  37.  program may tell you there is not enough room to install the program. The
  38.  install program needs 680K of free disk space before it will run. If this
  39.  is the case, try deleting your SCBABOTL.EXE file to free up enough disk
  40.  space.

  42.  If you are a registered user of SCBABOTL, SCBATRAK will automatically
  43.  convert your data files to the new format. If you have not yet registered,
  44.  it won't. You will have to manually reenter all of your data or register.

  48.  IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PERSONS UPGRADING FROM A PREVIOUS VERSION OF SCBATRAK

  50.  When the installation program runs, it will detect the presence of your
  51.  current SCBATRAK.EXE file. It will ask you if you want to reinstall the
  52.  program. Answer  Y  for YES.
